A: Yes, we can produce any customer’s designs but you will pay the mould cost and we promise we’ll highly respect your intellectual property and will not steal nor divulge your designs to anyone.
Q: How long is the lead time of the samples?
A: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free.
If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
A: What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. JPG, AI,CDR or PDF are all ok.
We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation
