Q: Is it thin?
A: Yes, it's very thin, but sturdy . I use it in place of all of our other spatulas.
Q: Can we used this on non stick,cast iron and stainless steel?
A: Yes,it can be used on all of them and shows good flexibility.
Q: To those who own these utensils, can you dry them with a paper towel without the paper towel linting on them? (I usually use bounty paper towels)
A: Absolutely. Use mine almost daily since August and remain pleased. Have dried with paper towels (also use Bounty) or microfiber kitchen towels......no problem.
