Four strokes to build a healthy kitchen

 Unsanitary kitchens can easily provide suitable conditions for bacterial growth. Once people eat spoilage foods, they may cause gastrointestinal diseases and even food poisoning. To build a healthy kitchen, you may wish to start from the following four strokes.

  Maintain ventilation

 The place where the density of dust and poisonous gas is the greatest is not in factories and streets, but in kitchens that are indispensable every day. Because coal gas or liquefied gas will produce a variety of harmful gases in the air after combustion, it is best not to enter the kitchen when not cooking.

  Reminder: Keep the kitchen well ventilated. If conditions allow, use electric cookers properly.

  After tableware is washed

 Some people rush to work after breakfast, often used the tableware to go out on the table, go out, wait until the second meal to wash. In fact, the vessels to be used every day should be cleaned immediately after application, and they should be disinfected after being cleaned.

  Reminder: When organizing the sundries in the kitchen, some small pieces such as chopsticks, spoons, aluminum foil, cling film, etc., are best placed in a fixed form container and then sorted.

   Kitchenware maintenance

 The main meals and dishes in the kitchen are on the countertops. Use a clean cloth or a rough brush to wash the countertops. However, the gas stove tops are mostly made of stainless steel or enamel. They should be made of neutral detergents or fine particles of fine texture. Stain cleaning, and the use of the best brush with a cotton cloth wipe, stainless steel faucet too much dirt can be wiped with toothpaste.

 Reminder: When the last dish is finished, do not switch off the cooker hood immediately. Make sure that the residual oil smoke is exhausted.
