1. Put the ring in pan with the narrow mouth upward, when the egg ring is heated to a certain extent, pour enough oil in it.
2. Brush a layer of oil onto in-wall of the ring evenly, this can prevent egg white stick on the ring. 3. When the oil is heated in 70%, crack an egg in the center of the ring slowly, so that egg white can cover the bottom evenly.
4. Fry the egg with low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, turn off the fire. Low heat won’t make bubble, and won’t make the egg out of shape.
5. When the egg is cooked, take away the ring slightly, If you like cooked yolk, turn over the egg, fry it with low heat for a while.
