1. Hold the tool. Use your index finger the hold the tool on the right for control, and place your thumb in the left bay for good grip.
2. Peel a vegetable. For example, a raw potato (the most peeled vegetable). Do this by pulling the peeler slightly over the surface. Pull it towards to you.
3. Repeat this until the potato is completely peeled off.
4. Prepare fruits before peeling. When peeling pears or apples, first cut off the top and the bottom of the fruit. Then start peeling as described above.
Such peeled apples or pears should be treated with a core driller.
Peeling mangoes in this manner will avoid great loss of fruit substance and it is rather easy to do.
